NCS is looking for smart & intelligent officers to recruit therefore there must be an exam/aptitude test in order to test the brains of daft people like you if u are competent or not.
The Nigerian Army is looking for people to use as pawns (in their chess game) to send to sambisa forest to be slaughtered by boko Haram so there is no need to set any aptitude test for applicants.
Why didn't you apply in the Nigeria Army?
