Hello, please can you help me, I'm having the same problem with verification at Unilag. I don't have a contact there.
You need to visit the records office to inform them you verification has been sent. Be purposeful, don't take their we have not received the email from WES retort. They will direct you to another office on the upper floor. I think it is the Secretary or so office where the WES letter is supposed to be stamped to check. In that office they will check with your name if they have received the email and the date it was received. They will work on it and send back to WES.

I am in this same shoes. I took Unilag 9 months to send my transcript to Wes. After paying twice and settlement. Now its time for verification, Unilag said it has been sent to Wes via email. Meanwhile, Wes is claiming they haven't received it. Is there anything I can do? Do I have to pay for verification. Time is fast running out, I'm exhausted.

Can anyone advise me on a fast link to get my Master and Transcript verified by Unilag.

WES has sent verification request for more than a month, yet no response from Unilag.

I will appreciate useful information and I am not presently in Lagos.
