stanluiz:
Do you see Germany there ? I don't even know what France is doing on that list ?

Most European nations are don't have anything like natural resources. Their source of foreign exchange is exportation of goods and services.

They are even doing much better than the so called countries that are rich in natural resources.

Germany economy is stronger and bigger than Russia. Singapore an island country with no natural resources is 100x better than Nigeria, Venezuela, Congo etc.

Is not about natural resources. Is about how much you invested in your people. That's why Human development is best development a nation can do to it people.

There is nothing special about natural resources. Your leaders can be selling it and keeping looting and stealing the money. Example is Nigeria, Venezuela and Russia.
German economy is only big on paper. Russia is still number on PPP

Why is Russia fighting all of them? Ok, u are swallowing the NATO story bait?

Boy, it's simply they dnt want to be associated with Russia anymore...

Do u know Japan with it's small.size has a biger economy than Russia?...it's not by population...Mr, those small countries are depending on handouts from the west...

Is Russia not a debt nation,? Do u know Germany is a more developed country than Russia..?

U like Russia too much and I will tell u, they are a big for nothing country
please if you want us to discuss properly, stop referring to me as a boy. Its condescending please.

Japan has a very large population almost at par with Russia but I don't want to delve into the Japs for now. Japan has always been top dog historically.

What is the debt of Russia compared to Germany, hope you know the answer?

Germany can not even stand toe to toe with Russia economically if they faced the same external economic sabotage like Russia.

The Soviet union had a joint very huge asset, jointly owned by all it's members state..

Russia proposed to take the responsibility of payback of the Soviet loan. Only on condition that the member states must forfeit their share of the joint Soviet asset...

The breakway nations agreed and ND Russia understood the debt payment responsibility...

Now u understand, Mr. Russia!
Here is the economy of former Soviet states for better understanding as at 2022 Mr!

Add the other states together, its just a drop in the ocean when compared to the fortress and robust economy of Russia.

Russia now have their own space port in Votochny but out of goodwill still pay to use the Baikonur in Kazakhstan (Soviet era) just to keep the inflow of Forex to the Kazakhs.

The Russians produce Submarines, warships, the icon Soyuz spacecraft, airplanes, fighter jets, they lead in nuclear and space technology, the iconic LADA cars just to name a few. Self sufficient in everything there is in life. Non of these your so called former Soviet states can compare.

this clearly shows you know nothing about Russia or the Soviet.

It's been almost 35 years since the dissolution of the Soviet Union and non of these nations can even stand on their own without handout from external actors. The tiny Baltic states are a vassal of the West depending on loans and kick backs from the EU to stay afloat. Georgia, Moldova are some of the poorest of the poor.

The ones in central Asian such as Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia etc still depend on Russia for almost everything till date. Take it or leave, those former Soviet states got nothing on Russia because 95% of the Soviet economy was Russian.
Foreign AffairsRe: Russian General, Vladimir Alekseyev, Hospitalized After Several Shots In Moscow by Quelme:
bigpicture001:
The mistake u make is that u believe Russia is the Soviet union. No! Russia isn't..

A collection of countries was calls upon by their biggest neighbor and talked into collapsing their resources and some. Level of government into one big strong body whose capital will b Moscow ND in the aggreement, each member nation gains are so listed .

That is how the Soviet union came about.. not that it is Russia

So when the group hot tired of Russians high-handedness, they sought to break up, but Russia being their have the most resources and command their general army, refused them to separate..

Ultimately, God touched a certain Russian leader Mr Guberchov, who gave them their freedom...

After that split alot of Soviet resources belong to the entire block are scattered all over her fmr territory.. ND Russia went into try to claim most especially those which HV significant military value..

Many with hesitation gave handed it over.. but Ukraine refused.. knowing how Russia was adamantly reluctant to cede them back their nation.. but a US and EU security guarantee to Ukraine meant they gave it up..

ND today, as predicted, they regret it ND the group that gave the security gurantee are too afraid to stand up to Russia..

This is exactly why zelensky has been very very strict and same time careful about new conflict deal with Russia and he knows them not to keep to deals
if Russia is not the Soviet Union. What was the economy of the other republics compared to Russia?

Can any of the other republics develop even a wheelchair to send man or satellite into space?

Can they mount a successful development and deployment of nuclear weapons?

Who inherited the debts of the Soviet Union?

Who is the sole successor state of the Soviet Union?

Just stop typing please.

y'all should quit being intellectually lazy, what hard fact do you have to support your hollow argument that all immigrants are terrorists other than the toxic anti- immigrants rhetorics ignorantly spewed by far right politicians like Trump, what's even your definition of terrorism BTW? Nelson Mandela was once labelled a terrorist by the apartheid regime in the past, on the other hand Nathanyahu who murdered 60kplus women and children is regarded as a hero by some Americans, immigrants are the backbone of many economies in Europe and Spain recognizing that has just set lofty heights for others to follow so they can checkmate immigrants exploitations while pulling them into their tax nets
Do you live in Europe?

They just opened the flood gate in abundance for terrorists.

Trump was right after all. I don't understand how they reward illegals with such delight but if you are a legal migrant, you will have to go through hell to get quarter of whatever these illegals are getting. Its more of the same across Western Europe.

To end the war is simple...

EU troops should have booth on ground in Ukraine with the argument that they are helping a friend and not bombing Russia...

They should only kill Ukraine enemies inside Ukraine, ND not inside Russia.. that is same justification Russia used to invite north Korea into the war..

If u watch, north Koreans never steps into Ukraine territory justifying that they are helping a patner nation..

Same is what Europe needs... Pour them in.. ND Russia will not b justified to attack any of their homeland... If they do, then let the world war begin..

Infact they can't, cuz alot of her soldiers will be spent dead in Ukraine
delusional grandeur

Oh no need using a duplicate account. 😅😅😅

I didn't answer because you have stated your opinion and I stated mine.

ME: America has enough missiles at Alaska to handle Russia.

YOU: Russia can overwhelm America's missiles and still do damage.

CONCLUSION: Only a real life scenario can tell us who is right or wrong. So no point continuing the debate apart from massaging our Egos and seeking validation on a faceless Forum. Lol.
you can check on my profile. Being a NLander since 2009. I don't need a duplicate account on a faceless forum to respond to anybody, okay?
Foreign AffairsRe: European Leaders React To Trump's Tariffs Over Greenland Dispute by Quelme: 8:07pm On Jan 20
NothingDoMe:
Thanks for mentioning me! Now you're having fun!

I observed you haven't stated anything new apart from the fact that Alaska is close to Russia.

I reiterate the following:

1. I accept and have stated that Alaska is close to Russia.

2. I also stated that Alaska is further off the American mainland, and Russia would prefer having the mainland in sight, as Alaska is allegedly fortified with missiles aiming at Russia to a tee.

3. I further stated that Russia has attempted setting up bases in Cuba, south of America, which was thwarted. This leaves Greenland as an option for Russia to set up her bases, thereby having access to the East Side of America.

Now, do you have anything to add apart from "Alaska is close to America"?

The purpose of this conversation is to establish why Russia would want Greenland in the first place when they are already close to America via Alaska.

State your points!
Good you accepted my point "Number 1" .

Now to point 2; Russia has missiles that can overwhelm and bypass whatever ADs the US have. Mainland US is within reach 100 times over from anywhere in the world.

Point 3; The superpowers always like to fight their battles via proxies which is not new to us all. Russia setting up a base in Greenland makes no sense logistics wise or otherwise because of distance and the need to pass through hostile territories to even get there to start with.
