Shouldn't this be stated in the receipt generated after a recharge?

It's not that expensive

Solar should be for where there is unstable power.

If the issue is due to outstanding debt, I've asked them to find a way to settle it and revert to normal billing.

This might be a possibility.
I've asked them to find out if there is an outstanding debt and the amount.

I visited a relative at Aba.
NEPA recently installed a Prepaid Meter for them. I was shocked to hear they spend ₦10k for only 17units which hardly lasts a week.

This translates to almost ₦600 per Unit.
This is outrageous billing because at my base location it's not even up to ₦50 per Unit

Please anybody with similar experience of outrageous billing?
