I still don't understand why certain people can't see this isn't about tribe or religion.
APC brought an old man to rule for 8 yrs and under their administration fuel/gas/kerosene/diesel etc all increased to an all time high, the cost of food increased to, terrorism was still making strong waves, no tangible improvement was made in the country, the country's debt increased so high that we are still figuring out how to pay up, endsars massacre was swept under the rugs, we are currently still facing issues with our banking system and availability of money, our CPI isn't in our favour, our GDP keeps on going down, dollar rates are over the roof and the list keeps on going.

You guys have been warned countless times to stop making transactions with online strangers. But you wouldn't listen. Once someone advertises any merchandise, boom! You've sent money.

If you want to have any dealings with anyone, make sure you meet physically, know his office or where you can always find him.

For your money, since you have valid proof, contact your banks fraud desk and towards all evidence to them. Hopefully they'll track the money, block his account and have him arrested.
I have done all these already and yes his palmpay has been limited. Also my business is online and I meet different strangers who haven't had any issues with me and neither have I had with them.
