Hello house, how do I confirm what qualification qualifies for level 1 or level 2 in AQF.
I need to confirm if Food science and technology from FUTA falls under level 1 or 2. Any guidance and clarification on this will be appreciated. Thanks.

Can you please with me the link where you saw that OSU is classified as a tier 2 university.

AQF is Australian Qualification Framework.
OSU is a tier 2 University according to the AQF which means your Bachelors degree will be reclassified as an Associate degree and as such you can't nominate a level 1 occupation. You can only do with level 2 and below.

sorry what do you mean by AQF? I have a bacehelors degree in microbiology.. moreover microbiology is skill level 1 on ANZCO.
please can you explain better.

You can't assess as a Microbiologist cos your degree is an Associate degree AQF and Vetassess will give you a negative assessment. Search for a level 2 or below occupation that is related to microbiologist that you can nominate.

Hello house, I am trying to relocate to Australia on permanent residence visa , I have 6 years of experience and I have done IELTS and scored LWRS 8877, I am now in the process of submitting application for vetassess assessment ( as my occupation- MICROBIOLOGY is been assessed by vetasses) however I am concerned about the job description, a check on the Australia website shows non-medical for microbiology thereby creating more confusion. Please any Microbiologist in the house who has gotten a positive assessment? can you give me the list of the job description you stated in your reference letters when applying for vetassess assessment. Please help. Thank you.
