I had heard this joke first from someone in this administration. This is a joke taken too far. |
These ones are obviously sponsored by some idiots who have scores to settle against pastor Bakare. His church was not "packed full" last Sunday; he streamed the message live from his office. And he had granted that interview about the presidency addressing the Osibanjo rumours to Punch newspapers weeks back, but they chose this week to publish it for lack of sensational topics. You cannot blame him for that. And for these young ones to say he should "leave" politics merely shows their ignorance. The Scripture says "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice, but when the wicked are in authority, the people mourn." Who are the righteous? The likes of Abba Kyari? |
Love him or hate him, I am yet to find one pastor or religious leader that is as concerned for the well being of this nation and its people like pastor Tunde Bakare. From confronting the Babangida and Abacha regimes, to taking on the Obasanjo misadventure, he has been consistent. He led the march on the National Assembly that forced them to enact the "doctrine of necessity" that paved the way for Goodluck Jonathan to be sworn in as president when it became obvious that Yar'adua had died. And when the same Goodluck messed up, he was the one who mobilised millions of Nigerians to protest. May God bless Nigeria with more of him. |
I am very sure this thing of disgust is being sponsored by some foreign interests. It's time will come. |
Semantics! Spare us this play on words and damage control; Access Bank just bought over Diamond Bank, period! |
Fowler simply replicated what he did in Lagos at the federal level. |
Nigerian politicians are naturally criminally minded. And it is said that even among thieves, there's honour, but you see this Saraki, he is an epitome of corruption. A man who has no qualms to breach a contract with his own father for selfish reasons cannot be trusted. Four years ago, he betrayed the PDP, and for the past three yeqrs, he has betrayed the APC. Now, he has gone back to the PDP, and you expect me to trust a man without principles with the highest office in the land? No sir! |
Saraki, the serpent. The most cunning politician in Nigeria's history. |
Is this op well? What has pastor Tunde Bakare got to do with this guy from Kwara state? |
Now, that's an inspiring story! |
Op, that's not Lasisi Elenu. Just some random guy using Snapchat filter to cover his identity. |
My jaw is on the floor. |
Who deceives all these brands into believing all these endorsements sway Nigerians? Will I buy a particular mobile phone because I saw it with Banky W on a billboard? Now Davido. |
This man should avoid media attention; it ain't good for him. |
Op, thanks for the information. I just used the first code and I received a message showing the numbers my calls were forwarded to. And then, I tried the second code and I received a message that my "call forwarding erasure was successful". I can't remember ever activating call forwarding on my line.... |
This brainwashed idiot didnot make any statement when over 70 people were killed by those murderers a couple of weeks ago. Go back to your blood sucking sponsors and tell them no one has a monopoly of violence. |
It is a mark of maturity for a leader to publicly admit that I got it wrong earlier, apologise and change course. respect you sir. |
As much as I don't like these Fulani herdsmen, not every criminal activity can be pinned on them. |
Wow! I know 7 out of every 10 men envies the life this man has lived...but again, polygamy comes with its own headache. |
Where is the DSS when you need them? Is this not hateful speech? Is this not inciting more anger and violence? May God displace you from your home the way those innocent villagers have been displaced from their own homes in Benue by your cruel brothers. Foolish man! |
I don't know which foreign nationals I can't stand more, Indians, Chinese, Lebanese or South Africans? These people come into our country with loans from their own government to invest, but what they really do is take advantage of our stupid government policies and labour laws. They abuse our people and rape our economy. So, please don't blame me for enjoying this piece of news. |
Too many jobless people around. |
I hope they give her a serious role, not some silly comic role.... |
What are we like this in this country? Why does corruption/defrauding others seem to be our default outlook to everything? |
Uncle Fashola, is this our new year gift? |
Again?! When will this nonsense stop? |
When the North saw that education had given the South an edge, they set out to deliberately destroy the educational system/infrastructure of the country in the hope to slow down the South and get some form of parity. And they've been able to carry out this sinister agenda because for some strange reasons, most of the ministers we've had in the ministry of education have been from the North. "The Tender Plant is here...." |
Most likely wondering what happened to her parents.... But then again, i think their generation failed Nigeria. |
The picture woulda looked better with Ubi standing behind them with his arms around them. |
Barrister Tope Adebayo. |
Awon ole. |
Some comments here are so offensive. |
