I pray the rumor is true.

There's a rumor that the ruling party the APC will be using a muslim- muslim ticket for it's candidates for the upcoming presidential elections.
They say it's a strategy to upturn the numerical advantage Alhaji Atiku would have in the North. It's a known fact that the idea of muslim- muslim ticket have put a lot of northern and southern christians on the edge. Since the emergence of the VP is strictly a party affair, we the people reject anybody bringing an El Rufai to us on a muslim- muslim ticket because we see what he did with it in Kaduna. We know in elections the idea is to win and all strategies should be deployed to make it a reality, but the name El Rufai will make it worse. If the APC must use a muslim VP candidate then the candidate must merit the position and have other assets or other qualities that will make his services highly needed. As of today only Kashim Shettima comes to mind because of his commitment from day one for the power to shift back to the south. He has been very outspoken and an a asset to asiwaju the party flag bearer whenever or where ever he has been misunderstood. The sync between them shows mutual respect unlike others that show competition or eye service. When Shettima was governor of Borno state he went through the problem of insurgency because of the many attacks of bokoharam on his people and state. He complained about how the federal government under Jonathan was not sincere in the fight against bokoharam due to the kidnappings that happened during his tenure. As Shettima was about to stand down as the governor due to his 2 term limit, he had to look for a successor who would continue the fight against bokoharam and that's how the peoples governor Zulum started his reign. Zulum was not the choice of many politicians in the state because he was an academian but shettima stood his ground and the people of Borno now sleep with both eyes closed. These are the qualities we need in a VP and leader, a man that is ready to do what is not popular for the greater good of his people. The people of Borno are enjoying good leadership now because Shettima had the foresight to think a head. Shettima has worked in the banking sector at all levels, so he also understands what is needed to revamp and sustain our economy. Shettima is known as the total package, because he will partner with asiwaju on the issue of the economy and insecurity since he has been successful in those areas. He is not a spare tyre but an asset to asiwaju because of the deep respect they share for each other. I hope the party will have the balls to do what is right for Nigerian's because they have really endured.


There's another rumor that the LGBT community are codedly endorsing the candidacy of Alhaji Atiku due to the outburst of the VP candidate of LP Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed that gays should be killed. Nigeria now has a lot youths especially women who openly practice lesbianism. The men who are known as gays normally hide themselves but the females do it in the open as if it's an acceptable practice in our society. Due to this we now have a lot straight people now experimenting in unconventional ways of having sex which has now increased the bisexual community in Nigeria. So with this in mind and their demographic getting larger and larger by the day, what is it that makes them more comfortable with Alhaji Atiku.

The problem is a lot youths are experimenting with same gender sex in Nigeria today. The gays hide it but the lesbians do it in open view.

USA isnt that lawlessand unorganised to admit someone into college of remedial studies without seeing his O-level result.. Also without finishing primary school u can't gain admission into secondary school.

Atiku can also admit he married wives who are all christians.

In America all you need is your GED if you don't have a high school diploma. GED is just like waec and it is an exam. Once you take S.A.T exams you can now enroll in any college or university depending on your scores.

The Northern govrs under ApC fought against power remaining in the North after the mumu president picked Ahmad lawan as his choice.
Just as they did for the South to ensure fairness and equity, they should also make sure the religious tolerance isn't abused cause they want to win.
They knew tinubu was a Muslim from the south, they collected his billions and supported him, they should also chose a christian from the North and support too.

Somebody submitted a university degree from Chicago state university with honours, he also finished Cum Laude and you are talking about secondary certificate when the minimum criteria is waec. How more tolerant can he be, a muslim man who maintained one wife who happens to be christian and a pastor in the church. Lets talk about issues and leave propaganda alone

No Yorubas Muslim will reject Tinubu's Muslim -Muslim ticket because Tinubu is not a religion bigot. The only wife that is living with him over 20years ago is a Pastor in RCCG. what a religion tolerance.

That is why i am so confused that people are complaining. The Vp in Nigeria is a ceremonial post and a spare tire whose only hope is to pray the president is incapacitated so as to wield any real political power.

What you have said about a ibo man becoming president is true because of the tribal issues we face in Nigeria. I don't vote party i vote from the candidates who emerged. I voted Jonathan in 2015, atiku 2019 and by God's grace asiwaju in 2023. Nigeria is too big of a nation to be picking candidates because of tribe instead of what he has to offer. When has a president coming from a certain tribe help develop his own region. I believe asiwaju has the brain, the know how and the team to get it done.

I can't believe you are asking me this question. Do you know how influential our families abroad are to the ones living in Nigeria. Do you know how many will come home to vote,do you know how many have come for the summer to register. Where did you see where i supported him because of tribe. I said in the southwest we marry each other regardless of religion. You can have muslim dad and a christian mom or vice versa. Also is a yoruba muslim not a minority in the south and how can two minorities beat two majorities. As for this issue about peter obi is he not the former governor of anambra, have you guys been bewitched. The person that could not save anambra will save Nigeria. Is Apc and Pdp not the same, i am supporting asiwaju because i believe in his blueprint and i feel he has the structure to get us over the finish line. So as soon as peter obi left pdp he became born again, if i'm being paid to support asiwaju that means you are on peter obi's salary payroll.
