Are the questions mainly focused on documentation, employee awareness, processes, or compliance with the standard? It would be helpful to hear from anyone who has already been through an ISO audit and can share the kinds of questions they were asked or any tips for being well prepared.

The questions auditors will ask you is within the scope of the ISO Standard you are being audited against. As long as you meet all the requirements of the standard clauses, you may not have any NCs (non-conformances).
