Hello, it’s been a month now and I’m yet to receive any update concerning my camera and the lens, you don’t reply my messages on WhatsApp when I ask about it, this is an item worth over 200k, will I be waiting eternity before I’m attended too? Can someone from your team tell me what’s going on or when I’ll receive my package?

I got this email from the lens seller, the camera and the lens seller are both ready to give me back my money and I’ve posted the emails they send to me, please get back to me asap, you really need to work on your team, I see this business going down the hills if this is how you intend to handle your customers. smh

This is the second mail I got from the seller of the camera I purchased,I can get my money back and apparently you guys are the ones making this intentionally slow. This is very embarrassing

This is what took you guys more than one week to get back to me, I got a respond from the seller in less than two hours of messaging them, wow, I really don’t know what to believe anymore, well as clearly stated, I’ve been asked to provide the order# so they can review my purchase, like I said, I want my money back, I don’t want the camera anymore and the seller is ready to give me back my money. Well,I’ll like to return the camera and the lens I bought, the lens isn’t compatible with the camera and the camera for that price is a ripoff, so returning it would be the best option for me, please contact your delivery guy to come for it, I’m absolutely not happy with this purchase

I paid for a (Red) Camera, and I received a black, does that even make sense, why bother asking me for a link, the link still shows a Red camera, I paid extra to make sure it’s a red and now I got a black, the black cost less than the red, so why order a black for me, wtf? I’d like an explanation
