I want to understand everything about it because i have been seeing it in some vacancies but avoiding it simply because i don't know what is involve in it.

It involves the reciept of goods from the market and the issuance to various departments that use them. Very delicate role, as you can be accused of theft if you are not very observant or if you are not on top of your game.
