HND conversion form is 2,500....make your findings before raising argument so as to avoid looking like fool at the end.....am not supporting the guy that ask people to contact him for the form as well.... Wat they are doing at cec is pre-registration, av done that for a friend as well and I was told they will pay 2,500 once the portal is opened...
