You cannot blame Flick for Ralph's substitution. Raphinha asked to be substituted. And Yamal getting pocketed back to back by Cucu Bimmarlykay: Gordon was assisting Gbalde reason Flick left him it was an intense match,Na Yagbal suppose comot first as Cucu dun pocket am again.
Raphinha should have remained whilst introducing Karim and G.Jessus, let Yamal and Gordon go out, but no! O.G things. |

I wouldn't even lie, Rodri has not been impressive. It's almost as if Pedri is playing alongside Bernal or something. Same thing with the PSG game. Rodri ghosted in midfield. "Midfield Maestro" my a$$! Bimmarlykay: This one no enter maa guy,,Rodri was worse today,De jong had a decent game for someone just returning. |

BlueRayDick: Barca's MSN will definitely defeat this PSG team. All those second half of PSG vs Man City that city was wasting chances upon chances, Barca's MSN would've turned things around by loading PSG with goals.
MSN that overturned 4-0 first leg loss to 6-1 in the return leg. I strongly believe Barca MSN would get a very decent result against this PSG. All those Pacho and Maquinous forming best CB no concern Messi and his brethren, dem go put am for their body. Football fans are really funny. How can anyone think this PSG team would be able to hold prime Messi and Neymar? Add Rakitic missiles, Alba and Messi linkup. Even Dani alves attacking output. It'd be chaotic but that Barcelona team would surely come out tops. Y'all enjoy the loss Barca suffered yesterday. It is only a group stage game. Enjoy! |

Kilishihunter: But going by past antecedents raphinha should have been wary of his playing time in this break knowing the games we have after them. His role is even more important so being cautious should what he should be doing. I'm surprised he didn't look to come off in the last game where he played 90 minutes. These are just friendlies not even qualification games sef Exactly my point. I'm really hoping it's nothing serious because I don't think any other player in our squad would be able to put in the shift in the No.9 role as he is |

jpmoriarti: You should know that this is his style of playing and it's this style that has brought him to where he is today.
As a top level professional, the moment you begin to negotiate between games and choose where to give your best and where to reduce the intensity, you'll slowly lose the edge that made you a top level professional in the first place.
Ability to play your best football is not what you can turn on and off like a switch. As for Raphinha, having played at top level in a certain way over a decade, he doesn't know any other way of playing, doesn't matter what the game is.
At the end, injury is part of football. Not playing with maximum intensity is not what will help you avoid injury. Yes workload matters, don't get me wrong.
For his age, listening to his body and knowing when to stop is more important than negotiating with the level of intensity to bring to the game. I'm not exactly against his intensity. Definitely, that's his style of play but he's an professional and should know how to manage workload. He could've asked to be substituted or not started today's match. It's a friendly, FFS! |

Franktom247: Is it not high time the club reports Brazil FA to Fifa to prevail on them to caution this wicked Ancelotti on the use of Raphinha
3 times under his watch he has come back injured during critical phases of the season While I'm very pissed at Ancelotti, I'm even more furious at Raphinha. Niqqa kept pressing and pressing for a pointless friendly! He's 30 already and nobody should be teaching him at this age how to manage his body and workload. Probably he doesn't understand how important he is to our season and how his playing style would easily tell on his body! He needs to take the steam off when it's not an important game or ask to be substituted. He no be pikin abeg! |

But But.... We should sell Lamine for "better players" I'm really glad Ferran left us during this TW. There's no way he'd be delivering the way Rapha is and he'd been probably been a starter by now. Rapha is by far a better 9 than Ferran

jpmoriarti: Omo, when I saw his post, I became weak 😂 I didn't know what to say to him anymore. A lot is really going on right now on this thread Last season, a lot of fans were torn in between Rapha and Lamine for the B Dor. It's entirely different this season and there's no way any fan should support Mbappe who won 0 trophies over our own Even asking for Lamine to be sold to PSG for "better" players. |

ambs50: You can't understand everything!
Lamine Yamal should be humble daz all. La Masia doesn't produce arrogant players. So if Lamine doesn't stay humble, he doesn't represent the Barca/La Masia brand which isn't good. And if he doesn't win it, Heaven won't fall. Moreover, he should even be sold to PSG if opportunity comes.
Don't shove absolute loyalty to players down our throat. Where did all these "fans" spring up from? |

Techu: I told you guys Adeyemi is better than Gordon
Airbere how far Balde.
He goes forward too much leaving the back exposed. And that's not good and he looks as though he loses awareness on the pitch but overall I prefer him.
My number one choice now is cancelo.
Balde goes forward too much, he was even in midfield. That's not good.
But I love his runs and he is good. No be today Balde dey do the bombing forward thing. He's a really good player, no doubt but he's not all that. This same over attacking from him was why ATM whooped us 4-0. Go and watch the highlight again. Most of the goals came from Balde and Rashford leaving that wing very exposed. Same with the Udinese match. And to cap it off, Cancelo seems more effective when compared to the attacking output. So, why stress over Balde? I cannot blame flick, honestly, I cannot. |

abduleez1: I dey tell you.... That Fermin and Gordon, prime runners still dey bench to feast when the Racing defenders tire out, especially that guy that caused two penalties. Dem go too target am.
We must sign a quality LCB this January. I no see excuse wey Deco go get that time. E be like say na Balde go be the scapegoat to push out, cos I no understand that logic of saying a defender must leave before they sign someone else. I just feel they ain't too motivated to get one or unsure.
We can manage this defence till January when the business end of the season kicks off. The attack fire power and midfield depth is giving me joy this season. There was no need to even bring in Gordon and Fermin. Fermin would have surely gotten a goal if he came on The defence really needs a top tier LCB. I guess the coach and Deco were uncertain who would fit in perfectly. Nonetheless, we need a solid LCB. |

abduleez1: Good game. Fluid game. Defence still suspect. Racing also play a tight game too.... Their attackers and midfielders are good too and can also cause problems. Our attacking quality and midfield profiles are just too overwhelming, that's why the scoreline might be flattery. Exactly. Our attacking and midfield quality is what makes every game look like a walk in the park in the league. Fermin and Gordon are also waiting to be unleashed But this defence needs sorting. |

Chasicolis: Barcelona will likely collapse again when it matters if flick doesn’t rotate that left back position. Espart is nothing to compare with Balde. Watch him being feasted against tougher opponents. I wonder why the praises when we are yet to play any title contending teams. If not Balde’s injury, we would have defeated inter that year.
Na this Balde una say no good, wonderful. Our loss against inter two seasons ago was attributed to Balde getting injured.
Hansi Flick love for Espart we shall see where it would end. Na the game we dey watch.
There's no left back in the world aside Nuno mendes that contributes more to attack than Balde.
Left back is a very tasking position, those who play football knows.
I am glad fans all over social media are beginning to speak up for Balde. We ain't gonna lose a gem all because of flick.
To hell with flick. Techu, good day. I know this is you, I know your handwriting. Wouldn't you send Balde your house address so he'd spend the international break with you? The love is massive at this point. |
