1. The maturity of the male and female broot
2.Latency period of injected female before. Stripping
3. Operation period which should not be more than ten minutes
4. Protection of sperm from direct contact with ordinary water
4. Placement of spawning vat for effective ovygenisation
5 Quality of water into the vat
6. Level of oxygen in your vat during incubation
7 Temperature and a whole lot of other things the video would not tell you. If you are aroud Abuja you can come over for free practical next weekend or I wiil do short video of my next spawning and send to you on whasapp

Do you check the PH of the water?
Do you store the water in tank before using it in the pond or you pump direct into the pond?

please what effect does it have when you pump directly to the pond? Not storing first.

Have lost over 100 fishes ; noticed some have white patches on their body, I used OTC, aquacereal yet I will just notice someother one are affected again Don't know the next line of action help!!! Dug a borehole of 80m : my water analysis- PH is 7.04 Fe is 4.50mg/l Zn is 0.320 mg/l TDS is 38.5. e sanu aje!!!
