Am having some issues trying to submit my ID documents via the UK immigration: ID check app from the playstore.
I tried multiple times and they said there's a problem with their services and finally they said "I'm locked fir 2hrs and should try again later" please can someone help me out. Am lost and don't know what to do now.

Succinctly put! Couldn't have said it better. Going back over 50 yrs, aside special instances, there's virtually one reason why any imigration pathway was made open in the UK.
