Points break down are thus:

Age 25-32 years - 30points ; 33 - 39 years - 25points; 40 - 44year -15points
Education : BSc. - 15points (equated to AQF Bachelors degree) ; HND - 10points (equated to Advanced diploma) etc
Experience : 3-5 years - 5points; 5 - 7years - 10points ; 8-10years - 15points
English : Band 6 (IELTS)/ PTE 50 - 0point ; Band 7 (IELTS)/ PTE 65- 10points; Band 8 (IELTS)/ PTE 79- 20point (PTE and IELTS are just examples, there's OET and TOEFL IBT too)

Break it down.

After filling the EOI forms, I chose Valuer, quote my assessment number. The last page of submit, displayed the total points which is 75points.

Your IELTS is useless bro. Someone told you already... If you can relate your experience to the occupation I listed, then go ahead with the assessment. Read vetasses website for further information.

Yes I can relate my experience with Vetasses, I have gotten to the stage of payment. Also on EOI, I got 75points at the final page of submission, I claimed I have been assessed. I just want to know whether it is good enough to submit if I get assessed by Vetasses. I know I can't get mark from my IELTS, but other sources can add on to my scores now. Pls guild me, if I should or it wouldn't work, let me know. Or should I call you personally.

Read up on job descriptions of Valuer and Land Economist. If your experience can fit into any of the two, it is better than nominating property manager.

I have checked, I can see that land economist and valuer are among job ceiling for 2018-2019
What does that means. Is it that they are full up. Moreno, with my scores in ielts can I make it, I have masters and professional qualifications from my professional body here in Nigeria. 8years experience

Rewrite IELTS, your score will not fetch you any point. With a good English score you have a good chance.

What if my calculations is above the 60points, and the job is in demand. Can't I use this ielts and get invitation
