I got a mail from fsb asking for my details because my records were not on their database, just my email address. So I waited 2wks ND was sent the award letter.
My main concern now is about the submission of hard copy and verification... I need insight

I'm in a similar situation as yours. They mixed up my details && sent my award letter to a diff school so I was unable to sign the other documents. I'm yet to receive my corrected letter but I've been in contact with the supervisor in charge of my school. They advised me to go ahead and get the necessary signatures && head to their office in Abuja for verification, submission && collection of my original award letter ASAP.
U might need to do that too but since you've sent your soft copy, your payment is already being processed.

I wanted to make enquiries about ABUs verification, I later got the info from Student Affairs.
Have U done Urs?

It is student affairs office, room 122. I went there yesterday and collected mine without even them calling me. And I think I saw one lady collected that of PG from the same office.
