dear visa officer,
my dad filled a pettition for me last year june, but till now he dint see their response they sent him an email yesterday saying that they denied the visa because my dad did not contact them four months ago, the issue is that they sent letters to the wrong post adress, and not to the adress of my dad. however, they gave my dad two options, either he should start the process all over again or he should reopen the case ofcourse with reasons, so my dad decided to reopen the case and the reason being letters were being sent to the wrong post adress. my question is if a case is reopened how long can it take to schedule for an interview

dear visa officer, I asked my dad about the approval date which you asked me in my earlier email, actually I have not been approved yet and when my dad filed the pettition the nvc only sent a small piece of paper stating that he should wait for their response. now that I have not been approved yet and I turned 21 last month, is there any means in which I can be assisted?

hello visa officer,I am a kenyan citizen and I turned 21 last month, my us citizen dad filled for me a pettition last year june and he says he still has two more forms to complete, and the nvc is sapposed to send them to him, the nvc asked him to wait and that they will call him, but I already turned 21 and now am over age. how will I be assisted and how long will my process take?
will I be still counted as an over age? will the child status protection act be able to assiste my case?
