we are surveyors

to kick start any building project we know certain things have to be considered first which will then bring out the total bill that the project will entail.....
1. A Registered survey plan
This shows the dimension of the said project site and also properly registered with the agency in question, this is a valid document needed
from a surveyor in order to facilitate the Architectural designs then the Quantifying comes in....
2. Architectural designs
3. Mechanical Drawings if needed
4. Building Approval
4.Bill of Quantity
5. Registered Builder
6. Other Artisans
