The features I would focus on first are WhatsApp integration, simple payment options, order tracking and offline-friendly functionality. A lot of small businesses may not want a complicated app, so making it fast and easy to use is probably more important than adding too many features.

For restaurants and shops, being able to update prices/products without rebuilding the app would also be useful. Notifications for order updates or promotions could be valuable too.

Also make sure the app works well on slower connections and lower-end Android phones. That can make a big difference for everyday users.
