Hi carlcare, My tecno droipad 7c is giving me challenges due to the slow nature, I bought it around may last year can u give me your contact details in lagos.

Hello @razmus If you can, reply this with the current Build Number on the phone. It'll most likely need a System Update, which you can do free of charge at any of our Service Centres in Lagos.
You may also try the following fix -
Run a Factory Data Reset on your device. You'll need to Back up all the information you have on it because the Reset will clean out everything on the phone; use the Back Up & Restore App on your device for that purpose.

After you must have done the Back Up, Go to SETTINGS, scroll down to BACK UP & RESET, tap it open and at the Bottom you'll see RESET PHONE. Click on RESET PHONE, read Instructions that follow and click RESET.

Goodday, I have been experiencing this persistent problem with my Tecno droipad 7. It usually takes over 30minute to come up when it is off, showing a message that app is starting 12 0f 139 and also it is extremely slow and usually hangs when am using leading to restarting most of the time. Please anyone with useful information should please tell me. Thanks
