No mama. Sea food, snail and chicken is good too but not those ones called Agric o. The ones you rear athe home is the best. Cut off the skin and all the fats in the chicken or Turkey before earing.

Any question before we go into the detox, herbal tea and diet proper please?

Eat more of fruits, legumes and veggies. Drink plenty of water daily. Eat fishes and if you must eat chicken, remove the flesh.

Drink greentea first thing in the morning and last at night.

Apricots, sweet potato, carrots, pumpkin and spinach are very good too. I'm team spinach.

Try take multivitamins daily. Look for one that havery 100% daily value of vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B12 and B6, C, D, E.

Cruciferous vegetables help the liver detoxify and should be added to your diet eg Broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, kale, turnips, watercress, green collard etc Steam so that they retain their nutrients. Do not overcook.

Garlic, carrots, lemon, lime and beets help with detoxification too.

Eat foods containing vitamin E, like almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and cod liver oil.

Avoid foods that increase estrogen level in the body.���

CARBOHYDRATES eg pasta, white rice, white bread, cakes, cookies, garri, fufu, semovita, flour.
soda and sugary drinks.
Butter
White or brown Sugar
All dairy products eg milk, cheese, etc
Alcohol
Red meat, ponmo, Shaki, aboki, brokoto, roundabout etc
Artificial sweetners

Good evening mama's and papa's. May God help us all conquer this monster called fibroid. After going online and reading up about fibroids, the root cause of fibroid (high estrogen) and how to shrink it. Its important we detoxify our liver and eat healthy in other to stop the growth of the monster then take herbal tea during our monthly flow. If one can stick to a healthy lifestyle, there will be changes+ remember the fibroid didn't grow overnight so it'll take a while to shrink. Consistency is key here!

There are many things gto mum's have to avoid after their menses. Some an be taken moderately but after menses must be stopped. We will be more active here now as my phone is bad now,

For all those who already have an idea of what to do let's share out early morning detox smoothie /tea. Here is my breakfast.

I remember he was disgraced and bashed on the ttc thread, and he stopped commenting there. Person wey be undergraduate for school dey claim doctor for nairaland, and he is even collecting money, silly scammer.
