I'm an ardent fan of Op. But I must chip in this to Op that his pattern which he feels is the best might not be the best.

The first ship that has sailed/on board sea should have a tracking number. The burden of proof rests with the Op to keep everyone abreast on this thread with details of ship onboard sea,....

I believe what Amdman needs to do is modify his format of posting the vehicles. Instead of saying "all costs included", just say "purchase, shipping, and clearing" or other words to that effect.

To be fair to many of these people, they might be coming across the thread for the first time so it might seem natural to just ask right off the bat.
