Yes. It doesn't come with file manager. In my case, I had to download one n that's been working for me. Just check APKMirror for any nice file manager app.

wat bout media file like gallery folder ..is it preinstalled also

Is your fone rooted? Without root you can't tweak it.

rooted in order to be tweaketh in terms of imei changing...even thou one uses mble uncle tools....
