Nothing does it faster and better than a quick fix. Or so you thought.

I remember a conversation I had with a lady once. She was concerned about her weight and claimed that she had exercised back to back and still nothing has changed. She was now looking for a quick fix to work it out.

To be sincere, with a quick fix like drugs, tea (herbal tea, slim tea or whatever you call them) You will be looking good in no time (2 weeks possibly), but for how long?

There are many reasons why I will not recommend anyone using a quick fix of any sort to keep weight or belly fat at bay and here are just 4 of them.

I decided to share this because I have seen so many ladies talking about it and also many of them are sending me mails about the problem (I just got a professional mail)...

Everyone is looking for the easy way to do things, the shortcuts and I am going to just give you a preview of how easy it can be to get rid of belly fat and keep it that way (You can find the full article on my blog www.realfitbody.com)

Let's face it, Belly fat is no no for a positive body image, it does not only make you look less attractive in the mirror, but it is very unhealthy. You might think right now you don't care about how you look in the mirror, but 20 - 30 years from now, you will wish you stuck to my blog tips and never gave up.

Getting rid of belly fat is quite easy and by that I mean it is only easy for those who take it seriously... If not, it is going to be a hell of an experience and you will keep falling back into that unattractive shape...

I have also received some mails in which some ladies complained about gaining weight and belly fat after they finished a certain treatment, which in this case could be herbal tea, green tea or whatever slim tea products out there...

This is where seriousness is recommended... Because in life you have to maintain everything you have and you need to be serious to do that... Being fit with six packs and a great immune system means you have to take your body serious and most people looking for quick fixes don't know this...

So What does it take to get rid of belly fat easily?

All you need is to be serious about it... and remember because you got rid of belly fat in 3 months and look good already does not mean that you should start sharing your method with others. Wait for 6 months to 1 years and keep checking your weight before you confirm that it is a great method.

Like I said this is just a preview.

1. Get Busy

I know most ladies who sit at home doing nothing and also there are many ladies who spend hours lying or sitting down either watching tv or chatting on social media. Get busy, a 30 minutes exercise every morning could get you looking hotter than Beyonce for crying out loud...

If you think you don't have time then a 10 minute HIIT could do the trick. If you get bored easily while exercising or fill pains during the sessions you can contact me on my blog.

2. Eat Like a Normal Person

A normal person eats 3 times a day, there can be snacks in between but only the main foods are counted. Some ladies eat more than this, and they do it mostly when they are bored. You will be surprised the amount of junk food you are eating already.

If you want to start this journey, you have to cut down on how much you eat and the nutrients (I mean the six classes of food) you eat. Don't worry you can go back to your favorite foods immediately you slim down (Frequent exercise will help you keep everything in check).

I don't recommend diets because I don't do them.

3. Herbal Tea

Normally, I wouldn't recommend any kind of tea, but I believe this will help you understand the options you have. Herbal tea and every other slim tea might work in getting rid of belly fat (you might look slim but you wouldn't really look good without exercising), but in reality, you will gain all those fat back in just 6 months to 1 year if you don't maintain your figure.

That is the downside of all these teas and some possible side effects.

When you decide to slim down your stomach you should understand that you are taking a turn in your lifestyle, it means you are changing some things forever. It means you are going to exercise every morning of your life (this is where seriousness helps).
