If some of you think that buhari not appointing ministers in its first 100 days in office is a failure, then you consider this facts 1. Working of some refineries without a petroleum minister 2. Improvement in power sector without a power minister 3. Recovering of looted fund in US and other countries without the help of any minister in charge of that duty |
