Why not send these complaints to Hushd

I did but all they said was they don't know what is causing it and therefore they don't know what I can add. I spent quite a lot in purchasing their products about 54k and since then no word from them, it got to a point they removed me from their Facebook group so I can't even communicate with them.please help if you can. Thanks

Hi Sir. Great work! Having issues with some skin products I purchased very recently. Hushd snow white, fasta fasto body cream and Moroccan black soap. Before purchasing them I was told they all made from natural ingredients no chemicals. But after using for a week I noticed like pimples on the side of my face bust and chest. I stopped them and started using calamine lotion which looked like it was clearing then came back again I'm currently using epiderm cream which seems to be working. My question is can I mix the epiderm cream with this hush'd products? I can't afford to throw them away cause they are very expensive. Please I await your reply Sir. Thanks
