3. You can always reinvent yourself. Your can always start all over no matter your age.
4. Every battle is fought , lost n won in your mind. If u don't know how to use your mind, control your thought use your imagination e go hard. Don't forget u are not your thoughts. Always banish negative thoughts. You attract what you think.
5, No die for woman matter, no strong n successful man dey suffer for woman hand. Invest in your self.
6. Invest in relationships, genuine friendships. Don't joke with brotherhood.
7. Don't joke with you health, good nutrition n exercise. All men must take zinc n folic acid daily.
8. Be happy. Happiness is a choice.
9. If u are depressed it means your soul is out of sync with nature or the universe .
10. Practice grounding. Make at least once a day u allow you barefoot touch the ground, not floor, bare ground, sand or grass. No time to explain this.
11. Don't give up. Never ever give up.
12. Don't joke with your source of income.

Nigeria no doubt is the most religious county in the world. Today churches are packed out with worshippers, same thing happened on Friday. This begs the question, " who are the evil people doing evil"? Today is a day where over 80% of the messages preached in both mosques n churches are centred on morality.
The issue with Nigeria is that everyone is pointing fingers, the followers are pointing fingers at the leaders as if the leaders didn't come from among the followers, market women that increase prices arbitrarily point fingers, straight people involved in adultery fraud n all manner of evil point fingers at gay people, students point at lectures, the list goes on n on.
What Nigeria need is a moral restoration n it will come by everyone self reflection n introspecting cos if we keep pointing fingers we won't see what's wrong with us.
Everyone go home n deal with your issues, after all Jesus said , " He who is without sin should first cast the stone".
