Try to reduce the number of minimum purchases atleast 10acres

My issue is with the minimum purchase
From 10acres purchase could have assisted in selling this off.
For instance selling 10 acres in 10 places

We have genuine farmlands available for sale. They are free from encumbrance and where documents are not available the consent of the respective reagents will be obtained as necessary

1. Ten thousand (10,000 )Acres of virgin farmland is available for sale on the outskirts of Igboora ,Ibarapa Central LGA of Oyo state.
The land is suitable for a large variety of food crops as well as cash crops like Oil Palm, cashew, cocoa etc.
Price is N250, 000 per Acre. Minimum purchase is 1000 acres.

2. One thousand five hundred acres of virgin farmland for sale at Komu, Itesiwaju LG, Oyo state . The land is right along the badagry-sokoro highway and just a few minutes from the town. The land is suitable for cashew, rice, maize, cassava, soyabeans etc.
Price is N150,000 per acre.
Minimum purchase is 200 acres.

3. Five thousand acres of virgin farmland is available for sale at Igangan, Ibarapa Central LGA of Oyo state.
The land is direct from the community and is ideal for various crops including maize, cassava, cashew, cocoa and oil palm.
Igangan is one of the few towns in Nigeria that is completely free of fulani; if you're in doubt fix an appointment.
Price is N120, 000 per Acre. Minimum purchase is 300 acres.
