Hemanwel:
I don't think this is the best way to handle the issue.

Arise News hasn't heard from Tony and they've concluded the allegations are true by disengaging him, because they have not heard from him after 10 days.

Just 10 days??
how many days does it take you to dust your certificate?

Innoment:
Engr. Dave Umahi decision to remove part of the pavements(Not all) is to create emergency u-turn and easy access to toll any faulty vehicle without causing unnecessary obstruction to the motorist.

This is in the best interest of transits and public opinion.
and this was not reasoned on a simple blackboard before coming out to waste money and time on a national project?
Which university did this minister graduate from sef?
Politics › Re: Umahi Makes U-turn, Removes Demarcation On Niger Bridge by Redmonk:
Dundee minister. Maybe he thinks there was no concrete divider technology when that bridge was planned and executed by the original builders. You just wake up and carry artisan to put dead load on a bridge that was built in 1965.
If they ask you to show the plan and assessment from the original design, you go begin stammer.

Same raised concerns on environmental impact of coastal road, act first then think later. Apc dunces

Politics › Re: Akwa Ibom: Police Stop OK Movement's 2-Million March, Arrest Elijah Noah by Redmonk: 4:17pm On Oct 01
Richtaiwo:
1 October is Nigeria’s Independence Day, officially designated a public holiday for national celebration. Whatever name you choose to dress it up in, today should be reserved for national observance not deliberately hijacked for unrelated streets processions when countless other days are available.

You already know such a procession will not be permitted, yet you deliberately stage it, provoke a government response and then parade yourselves as victims of oppression. Please spare us the theatrics, the law is not governed by emotional blackmail, no matter how loudly the outrage is performed.
it's hard to argue about the low IQ theory of subsahara Africans. You guys are something else
Travel › Re: Demarcating River Niger Bridge, Right Or Wrong? by Redmonk: 6:02am On Sep 29
Validated:
Umahi is not smart, there is a similar bridge in Ontario, what they did was to build another bridge beside the existing metal one. The new one becomes another lane instead of adding weight to existing old bridge with demarcation.
Again, did they perform any risk assessment? Imagine that 8 trailers laden with loads are stuck on the bridge, that is dead weight that the builders never factored in the initial design in the 70s.
That umahi guy appears to be a dunce truly if I heard him correctly saying that he ordered engineers to check what is going on underneath the bridge after putting this extra dead weight on the top of an old bridge.

He felt like teleporting from that podium but could not.

Even those that listened to him had this weird look on their face. It was like they watching Hitler speak.

But at a time, he delivered his speech to empty seats!
