Earthstorms:No sir, but there are offers in a very good environment that can be developed right away. Like our shalom villa in ibuwon- epe which is slightly more expensive at 1.35m for 250sqm. And that's because we are currently running a promo that will end next week. Have a great day ahead and I will love to hear your feedback, sir. |
Growing up, I remember having this friend Kunle that worries a lot. He worries about what to do, where to go, and how to ask a lady out. Believe me; he worries a lot about almost everything about his life. So recently we met, after 5 years, we last saw each other. He was so different, brewing with confidence and he seems to be a different person from the guy I was friends with a couple of years back. Mind you, I am still me, lol. We had a nice time and dabble in different but the most interesting conversation we had was, about how he got over his worries. Here are what he has to say. He called me by name and said, Taiwo, you know it's alarming and as well captivating to have a clear understanding of what it feels to be human and to live like one. To survive as a human and to do it here in one of the most complex countries to live or stay in the world (Nigeria), is a great task, to be honest, also one that alley or strikes in us fear and anxiety that alone causes us to worry a lot about the future. Here I highlight 3 causes of our fear and anxiety Money Money makes the world go round they say, money is a cogent factor that decides the quality of the life we live and the one we wish or dream for. Lack of money can make a person live a miserable life. I believe everyone, you reading this article included, wants to be rich enough to live the life of your dream. And if the reality we perceive now doesn’t relate to the ones we dream of, that might cause us anxiety or fear. Time Time is life. Someone once told me the cost of money is time. Because we are only presented with the ability to see and perceive the present, the time has become our precious commodity. “When do I go home, when do you go to work, time to eat, sleep “, we suffer from a lack of time: today more people complain about not having enough time than not having enough money. It would be best if you become aware that how you spend your time is how you spend your life. The amount of time you spend in any activity fashions the quality of your work, your relationships, and your comfort. Responsibility “Every right has its responsibilities. Like the right itself, these responsibilities stem from no man-made law, but from the very nature of man and society. The security, progress, and welfare of one group are measured finally in the security, progress, and welfare of all mankind”- Lewis Schwellenbach. This is one of my favorite quotes of all time. To take responsibility for something is a hard thing to do. It demands a great will to be accountable for our actions, especially if we consider the moral verdict that our actions may draw within society. Conclusion You can maximize your time(The biggest factor), by making money work for you, which in turn allows you to take the responsibility demanded of you by time. Having a house, that enables you to provide shelter for you and your family, that stunningly classic car that you dream of, and achieving all of these needs requires great management of your Time, Money, and Responsibilities. Invest your time wisely by cultivating new habits, developing a new mindset, and focusing on the right things. Money is a tool, invest your money in real estate, buy lands that will appreciate over time, and allow you to optimize your time. Take more responsibility, the price of greatness is in taking responsibility. Visit www.redocinvest.com to get started with your investment journey.

Epe Lagos is one of the preferred locations to consider when considering where to invest your money for maximum profits. I remember growing up and hearing the entire rumor about how beautiful and expensive houses are in Lekki. Believe me, it’s every young Nigerian's dream to live or own a property in this amazing environment, which enables a good life and economical growth for its habitats. But this has not always been the case, let’s take a few steps back into history. Lekki was formerly known as Maroko, a slum inhabited by poor people. It was destroyed by the then Raji Rasaki-led State Military Government and turned into a modern environment that houses big industries and companies. All of this aided the development of Lekki. Many persons now focus on this axis as they invest their hard-earned money in Epe, the better before the price skyrocket like every other location on Lagos Island. Below are 5 reasons why you should buy land in Epe now Epe is part of the location that is not far from the Lekki free trade zone The Lekki free trade zone is authorized by the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Lagos state government. In lieu of this, properties in Epe are fast appreciating because several companies are investing due to the proposed and ongoing development. The Lekki free trade zone is one of the locations that are not from the Lekki free zone. Its function is to reduce the trade barriers between Nigeria and other countries. Also, Epe is favorably situated close to the city center, Alaro city which covers more than 2000 hectares of land in the Lekki free trade zone. Alaro city has areas of warehousing, schools, hotels, offices, and healthcare facilities Epe also boasts of good road networks The road network is known to connect to Ikorudu, Itokin, and also Ijebu Ode. You can easily commute outside of Lagos state to other parts of the country. The road construction and design projects in Epe were handled by Craneburg and lasted for 16 months Land in Epe is cheap Since Epe is a developing area of Lagos state with good road networks, landed property is fast appreciating; if you are willing to invest you can still get a property for as low as 800,000 naira. Epe boasts of colleges and universities which gives investors an idea of what they can do with the property. The famous Yaba of College of technology has a campus in Epe, Augustine University; Micheal Otedola is also located in Epe. This has led to the construction of educational-related infrastructures like hostels, restaurants, and many more by investors. Epe boast of affordable housing Perhaps you are looking for a cheap and affordable house in Lagos, Epe boasts more affordable homes and properties than any other place in Lagos state. If you are middle class and looking for a more habitable and serene location to invest in Lagos state, Epe is the right place for you The cost of labor is relatively cheap than in other parts of the state. Unlike Lekki and Ajah axis which are sometimes affected by flood when rain falls, Epe boast of land with dry topography, and the cost of building materials sold in this part of Lagos state are relatively cheap. Conclusion Owing more than a landed property in Epe is a good investment for a lot of reasons and more so because development in this location is still positively affecting properties. In case, you already own multiple investments in Epe, then you are among one those investors that will be enjoying a high return in the future. So don’t sleep on this amazing opportunity because there is no better time to invest than now. Visit www.redocinvest.com to check out our investment plan
