I read all the comments on the first page and nobody pointed out that church and traditional marriages are not legal marriages but religious marriages. If you marry in a church or traditional marriage you don't need to go to court for divorce just waka comot for house no return and marriage fit end.

If the church is duly registered, then the marriage is legal.
