When the Greeks scarcely knew Italy and Sicily by name, the Ethiopians were celebrated in the verses of their poets, and when the faint gleam of tradition and fable gives way to the clear light of history, the lustre of the Ethiopians is not diminished."

In fact by 1940 South Africa was already developed. They had built their first power plants in the 1880s. First universities in the 1880s. At independence in 1960 Nigeria had NOT ONE full fledged university.

Today we have over 300, courtesy of self-rule.

So quit being stupid, NAIVE and thinking, ''OH, IT IS WHITE PEOPLE, SO IF THEY RULE US, WE WILL BE LIKE AMERICA AND GERMANY''.

Such thinking is based on extreme, indeed alarming, geopolitical naivety.

They always work according to their INTERESTS, not yours.
