Does anyone know how to apply for a study permit to Lithuania from Nigeria? VFS Nigeria is not rendering such services anymore. Please share any information if you have any. Thank you.

I have a Lithuanian scholarship (state-funded).
If you are not on scholarship, I believe you need to show a proof of payment of one year tuition and sufficient leaving expenses for at least one year (half minimum wage per month, FYI the minimum wage is now €840, not much), do your calculations.
