Truth is, to treat yeast infection ( candida, you need first of all change your undies, stay away from sex, and cut out simple sugars and embrace complex carbohydrates. Eats more protein and veggies. Healthy eating and lifestyle is the key to healing. PS: the more sugar you feed on the longer it will take for you to overcome yeast infection. |

Blake755:don't give up on yourself dear. I had a friend who was a sickle cell patient. He made to his Polytechnic level and graduated. You too can. Crisis can be curtail if you take good care of yourself. Always make sure that you are hydrated, eat immune boosting foods, rest a lot, avoid negative energy and embrace peaceful and motivating atmosphere. Take a lot of veggies and low sugar fruits. Feed well, be happy and pray always to your creator for strength and preservation for you to fulfill purpose. You can chat me up if you don't mind. |
