Sorry for your experience bro. On average, women are not really good people. You need to be on guard always. I wouldn't advise you to pursue this case any further as it will cost you too much though I know the pain and rage you must be feeling. She will still contact you after some time has passed hoping that the passage of time would have made you to "forget". Too many users in the world today. More importantly, learn the lesson and don't give the next woman another chance to get one up on you. You might have to be a little meaner to protect yourself if need be. Ciao.
yeah she messaged me recently saying shes Hot and misses me. And I'm like is this girl ok mentally, I told told her I have forgiven her, even though that's a lie. Then she goes like 'forgiven me for what?'.
Saying shes the one that has forgiven me. I just wish I can get justice.
I'll try to move on, I'll be fine.

You really need to get her to move somehow and you also have to be careful with these girls. Read up my own story, u might learn something.

It's your fault for choosing to date a broke thief. But seriously, is that the full story, or were you indebted to her?
Indebted? No I wasn't. She sometimes emptied money from the pocket of my work clothes, I also knew she was selfish, never knew her to be a thief.

There's no need to pay so much to repatriate her because you can bet that money would not return to you.

It should still be possible to report her and the police should invite her for questioning. They should be clear that if they have to come down and pick her, she would be remanded in custody as a flight risk.

If she cooperates, let her know you're willing to take the matter to court but open to settle out of court on the basis that she refunds your money. Draw up a payment plan (50% upfront and stagger balance over the next 1 year). That plan would only guarantee you maybe 35% back based on her ability to pay and the police commission but it won't give her peace of mind wherever she is.

The last thing anyone wants is to be invited every 2 months to a police station.
Thanks for your input, I initially asked the police to invite her before she left for the new State, but they insisted she'll decline, saying it's best to get her arrested without drawing her attention, I suspect it's a gimmick to get the tracking fee from me. Now they are saying even if I get my people to arrest her where she resides now, they will be the ones to send 2 officers by air to repatriate her, quoting a bill of at least 700k.

Greetings NL,

I dated this girl for a little over a year and she had to move in with me at some point after the company she works with folded and needed their staffs to vacate their official residence,
I decided to help her till she finds her feet, she moved in with a few clothes and nothing more, I had to immediately provide money for new clothes and shoes, feeding and everything was also on me for the whole duration as she had no dime, was even owing loan apps 500k plus.we started looking for a new job to no avail, then I decided to start a business for her which she crashed, the thing is her family was really a leach, she loved them and they really took advantage of that, demanding money every single day to which she obliged.
Due to some disagreements, we mutually agreed to breakup with a set date for her to leave, I provided some money for flight, etc.
To my surprise she left before the set date while I was at work, almost emptying my apartment. Took my fridge(found out she listed it online some days before she even left my place and blocked me so I wouldn't see the listing) washing machine, etc.
Went to the police, paid a lot for tracking and found out she's in another state.
I presently know her address and have people in that state, but due to my busy schedule would not want to take the trip as it's the distance of Ogun state to Niger state.
The police are saying it will cost at least 700k(I'm not willing to put in that much) to arrest and bring her back to the crime location.
I've tried to let go but the anger keeps raging, especially after I found out she collected part payment from 4 of my customers at my business place in my absence and didn't remit the money to me, one had to let go, the others paid their balance and picked up their goods. I called her parents and they both said Im either owing their daughter in cash or kind the reason she took my stuffs.
I'm seeking advice from people with similar experience to deal with this issue.
Nb. I wouldn't want this to be on frontpage as I introduced her to NL for marketing the business I opened for her, she's recently resumed posting here.
