After saving money in the bank for years and only getting interest like N15 naira in a month and they they will remove N50 for charges and card maintenance, I go tired of the whole idea. Then I discovered Real Estate Investment, Landbanking and Short term investment and I have never looked back. Now all I do work with a reputable firm who have well documented properties in fast developing locations, join other investors to buy portions and within 12months I make up 30% or more on any investment I make and the great thing is, I can invest with a little as N500,000 or more depending on my income during that time. I have since left bank savings and moved into Real Estate Investment. What is your experience with bank saving like and would you like to move into Real Estate Investment?
