CareerThink Like You Have No Degree Otherwise You Will Die Poor by Reload101(op): 11:39pm On Jan 04, 2019
After graduating, I was lucky to get a job in a bank earning 500k a month ,at first I thought this was much money but after working for over 7months and I had no achievement not even a single saving ,I made a hard decision to resign.

I decided to think like I had no degree ,I actually forgot that I had even gone to makerere with a bachelor's in statistics
I went back to my mothers home and that's how my story of entrepreneurship started without capital.
--I will stop here with my story, to be continued--

Things have changed so we must change too, Universities in the 70s used to produce 1000 graduates each year and they would get jobs even before finishing, but now each year we graduate more than 100,000 from over 30 universities and 100 institutes.

Most of the Educated people in Africa are poor not because they are dense but the way they see things just doesn't apply to the real world.

The biggest excuse for getting paid such low amounts of money and having to sit and work for another person for 30 days is THE DEGREE
This has made most of the degree holders very poor and will die that way most likely.

▪A degree holder does not know how to generate money even from the simplest thing unless that money is generated for the employer. He is so dependent on the salary that he can do anything to get a job but will not think of starting a business of his own to employ others not even operate a chapati Business where he can make 30k a day.

▪A degree holder is not prepared to start a company and grow it in 2 to 3 years but will spend 4 years searching for a job and works for 30years pushing another person's dream.

▪A degree holder is so eager to get out of this country and work in another country than spend time to develop his own country by creating solutions and innovations.

▪A degree holder in Uganda will watch movies and music on his laptop all the time but never to write a book or research about business opportunities using the same laptop and make money.
They spend much on airtime and data calling and charting with friends about football, music, outings, but never for business

▪A degree holder will blame the government for lack of jobs even when he was on government bursary for him to have his degree.

Why are the degree holders poor?
Because they have decided to pride themselves in a degree and failed to think better than a man who does not have even a certificate to his name.

If you want to progress, throw away that degree and start thinking better than someone without a degree. Have an open mind and start anything that can make you money.
Be prepared to get your hands dirty and work like an ox for your business.

PoliticsTelephone Conversation Between A Politician And A Repentant Thug by Reload101(op): 4:45pm On Dec 29, 2018
POLITICIAN: Is that Bruno?
BRUNO: Yes? Who's speaking?
POLITICIAN: Your boss. Can't you recognize my voice?
BRUNO: Oh, sorry sir; good afternoon boss. Your voice has changed and I don't have this number.
POLITICIAN: Forget about the changed voice and the unknown number; there's a job.
BRUNO: Job?
POLITICIAN: Get your boys ready; I'll make every detail available tonight. No stories! I don't want a repeat of what happened the other time.
BRUNO: Remember sir, we lost J-boy in our last outing.
POLITICIAN: Yes! And so?
BRUNO: We may have a gap or leakage in our strategic positioning, sir.
POLITICIAN: Bruno, what do you want? Go straight to the point and stop beating about the bush; I don't have all the time my friend.
BRUNO: We need to fill J-boy's gap.
POLITICIAN: My friend you're talking too much; what do you want?
BRUNO: I want us to replace J-boy with your son, sir; and henceforth, let your son be part of every assignment you give to us sir.
POLITICIAN: My son? My only son? You must be crazy; you're out of your...
BRUNO (Bruno cuts in): Sir, I am not crazy; can' you see that you're the crazy one here sir. We're people's children too! The same way you feel about your children, that's the same way our parents feel about us. Let me tell you sir, you can't be using us as thugs while your children are schooling in the United Kingdom, USA, Japan, etc.
You, your wives and your children are enjoying the luxuries of life from the bounty of this great country whereas, you have used us to destabilize the polity through violence and assassination of innocent people. Some of us have died in the process; and some of us been maimed. You, your wives and your children have been enjoying all the good things of our dear country.
If you ever want us to do any 'silly job' for you, let all your male children be part of us.
May be you think that we don't know that your children work in NNPC, FIRS, CBN, Exon Mobil, Shell, NCC, DPR, etc; we're degree holders and we eqally deserve good employments and good life, like your children; we are all Nigerians. Therefore, sir, if you want to give us any 'job' again, let it be in any of the above mentioned places.
Our eyes are now open; foolish man.

The above is just a script; but it has a clear message to all and sundry; especially to the Nigerian youths.

Let the message sink deep down into the heads of our youth, please.

Nigerian youths,
say no to thuggery; don't allow yourselves to be used as thugs.
If anyone wants to engage you as a thug, request that his children be part of it.

May God give us a better Nigeria as from 2019.

God bless Nigeria, God bless our youths.

Merry Christmas and a hopeful New Year to us all; let us make Nigeria great.

Please, if you love Nigeria, share this message to as many people as you can; especially the Nigerian youths.
