FURTHER UPDATE ON THIS
Had some business around the Post office yesterday, so I decided to branch and check on my guys there.(as I sometimes do)
Upon entering the office, one of them was already holding out an item slip(must have seen me coming from the distance through the window).
I was at first surprised and confused(because I only have 2 active orders, with "custom clearance started" update since early April, which had not changed), so I asked to check the slip, but couldn't recognize the tracking number.
Had initially thought it was my Nothing buds 2a. Only when the attendant brought out the item to the counter that I figured out it was my tablet with December 13 “Arrived at local airport“ update.
I quickly checked AliExpress but there was no update. It was when I checked postal Ninja that I saw the update on April 21.
(I had stopped checking the tracking update on postal Ninja after it stated tracking stopped.
I had given up on the item being delivered, and wasn't monitoring the situation as I had gotten the tab elsewhere.)

I was not notified, I guess they felt I'm always aware of my item arrival.

As it stands, I have received 11 out of my 12 order from December. Only the Nothing buds 2a left.

You're Lucky man, yours seem to be the only mobile phone or tablet that arrived among everyone who ordered gadgets towards the end of last year and was shipped via post office with the LP******MY tracking number. Please what was the item description on the package. Why must it be phones and tablets that mostly don't get to the final destination. Something is not right with Nipost.

Good afternoon guys, please two questions. GTB sends me daily fx rates however I noticed the price on Ali express is higher than the rates when conversations are done. Say GT's rate is 1370, Ali express is converting at 1512. If I want to use a GT card to buy, will they use the AliExpress rate or they will stick with what they send to me daily. Secondly, is speedaf still actively delivering stuff?

Change the currency to dollar in AliExpress, go ahead and make payment with your GTB card, you'll be charged at GTB exchange rate as at the time of transaction.

I sent someone to the Aba post office yesterday and they told her that it's not with them , so I contacted the seller on AliExpress and told them I'm yet to get my package after 50 days and they gave me the NIPOST customer care numbers to call and I did.. they confirmed again that my package is with Aba branch.
I called the Umuahia branch to ask if it's with them because even the customer care seems to be confused.
The woman said she's not with it and I lied that the customer care told me it's with them.
She said if it gets to them, they'll call me.
After 30 mins, I missed a call from them and I called back and she told me my package is with them.
I'm going to pick it up tomorrow afternoon

Can you please drop the customer care number that was given to you ?

UPDATE ON THIS:
I picked up 7 items from my local post office today.
6 were part of my December order.
As at the time of posting this I have picked up 8 out of my 12 orders from December.

NOTE:Pic 1 was picked up today. Pic 2 is the total I have picked up, including the Xiaomi TV stick I ordered early February.

Will update, if the remaining come in. Some are running 90+ days already.

Was there an update on the tracking details for all the items you picked up from the post office recently or was it still stuck at "arrived local airport"?

Please why are phone sellers on AliExpress not shipping on time. I've ordered twice now, it's be 4 days and the seller has not shipped. The site is giving them 31 days to ship before automatic refund is done.

The Chinese New Year holiday is still on, that's possibly the reason for the delay.

E dey always fast to reach this point. Na to move from here dey always be issue. Once it arrives the country, tracking somehow stops.

90% of the issues stems from the anyhowness of NIPOST and their staffs. Same POS Malaysia (even PostNL, Singpost and Morning Global) that delivers to Nigeria does deliver to Ghana and some other west African countries, mostly no issues and prompt deliveries.

Since the staffs at NIPOST knows that if items are not delivered the burden is on Aliexpress and the seller, they either thief it or do not consider it priority and since there’s no one to checkmate them, they keep doing it.

Some sellers on AE now do not ship some certain Items to Nigeria again cos dem don too pay refunds to customers.

This right here is what's been happening, it's obvious that the Nipost staff have a hand in this, knowing that items with such tracking numbers are not registered, they might end up stealing it and claim it didn't arrive. My contact in my local post office said they've not been recieving packages with such tracking numbers for a while now. Definitely something is not right, something fishy is going on.

Last update was December 19, "Arrived destination country Airport".

Please is there anyone who placed an order within December Period 2025, with tracking number LP********MY who has received his/her order?

The refund will be on the current exchange rate of your bank.

I finally got an update today Malaysian Post, I think my item is with NIPOST but I don't know which Post Office to go to.
I stay at Ago Palace Way Okota Lagos.

It says here that they attempted delivery but I am sure that it is collecting dust at the post office

Have you collected the order from post office?
