[ Create a ticket on AVITS and attach screenshot of the error message and your GTB MRV receipt, note down your ticket number, start a chat with AVITS customer care agent, tell the agent of this ticket and give him/her the ticket number immediately and request it gets escalated. If unresolved after the first 24 hours, click on the previous ticket you opened and use the 'reply in this thread' link to send them another reminder. MrBammy:Chat Customer Support agent and request for a forgot password link to be sent to you manually, give the agent your email address during the chat and check your mailbox regularly for the link, do password reset immediately the link drops because the link expires after 30 minutes, alternatively, you can do forgot password at late in the night and use the link immediately as it drops, I guess it expires after 30 minutes too as was once told by a Customer Support Agent.
