Websites are separated into two different types which are Static and Dynamic. A static website is a website that is fixed and required less coding, written mainly on HTML. It usually displays the same content to different users. Dynamic websites are websites that can display different content from the same source code, making use of advanced programming and databases in addition to HTML.

Website required little skills and can usually be developed within a short period without dynamic elements, A static website is created with CSS and HTML in simple text editors like Notepad.

static websites contents usually remain unchanged unless it’s changed from the source code which makes it expensive to maintain. It can have a beautiful design with multimedia images but can't be edited by the users.



Dynamic Website

A dynamic website is a super website that allows users to interact with dynamic pages. Users can make changes to the contents of any page continuously without editing the codes, which makes it simple for even non-technical people to update content on the website as different content is displayed to different visitors.

Dynamic websites rely on both client-side and server-side scripting languages such as PHP, ASP, JavaScript, Coldfusion, JSP, etc. Not like Static websites that rely only on CSS and HTML. A dynamic website can be developed over long periods.

Get rid of those content with no added value.

Add a layer that will allow you approve any post submitted by members (subject the post to plagiarism test) before they get posted since you said its members that submitted them.

Copying content from news portal and other sources and slapping them in the forums. In the long run blog refused to be index by search engines not to talk about ranking.

Opp don't use nairaland tactics of 2005 for 2020. All search engine now have advanced algorithm that filter out low quality content out from their database.

Nairaland will easily pass this algorithm because of the comments they receive from users and other numerous unique articles created by people in different sections of the blog


Before starting a blog or forum, put out plans on how you can get quality and unique articles.
