Has anyone here asked for someone else to collect their WAEC for them and did they have to provide all the items on the list.

I have misplaced my GCE WACE certificate and I asked someone to help me collect a replacement from WACE office but I was surprised at the list of information that the person sent me that WACE is asking for.

I want to find out if someone can verify this list for me.

Hiring Local Software Engineers

Microsoft has started hiring for various roles and positions in the African Development Center. It plans to recruit about 100 full-time software engineers by the end of 2019 across the two sites in Nigeria and Kenya. Expanding this number to 500 recruits across the two sites by the year 2023. The sites include the Cognition team to be based in Lagos and the Windows team in Nairobi.

Microsoft to work with Local Universities
Microsoft will partner with some of the local universities in Africa to build its talent pipeline. By creating what it calls “a modern intelligent edge and cloud curriculum“, it says this will be “totally unique to Africa”.

Microsoft also says Graduates will have access to the ADC. Building a relevant and meaningful career in data science, AI, mixed reality, application development and many more.

David Browne - Microsoft Technology Architect - Microsoft Technology Center Dallas, also recommends You "drop down" to ADO.NET or TSQL for bulk operations and complicated queries.

For me I prefer ADO.Net for speed when dealing with bulk data, also as EF needs ADO.Net for calling stored procedure, working with TVP, if you want to count the number of sql table fields and for complex querie.

For C# and all .Net programmers which one do you use, Entity Framework or ADO.Net and why?

C# is now platform independent. It can now run on Windows, Unix and Linux with C# .Net Core

About the electricity issue l think we should have a section for our electrical engineers to help solve that issue.

The reason l choosed a forum software is to help put us on a global scale, because if people are downloading and using our forum sofware from all over the world, that will give us a good reputation which will allow us to get contracts like developing an e-voting system for our fg in Nigeria.

Simple all the comments will be on one page and you just scroll down till you get to the end of the comments, like we have on the home page, you can scroll down till you get to the end of the 'Forum Headlines'. Yeah you're right the front-end team have got some work to do.

I have started creating a forum software that will have many of the features we have always wanted. This project would require JavaScript, JQuery, Boostrap, AJAX, JSON, CSS, C# ASP.Net MVC4/5, PHP and MS SQL Sever developers to join the project team. In my experience, a Lead on a project cannot work remotely as this involves constantly meeting with the client. I will let you know if we have something suitable.

Not trying to make you change your mind. But since this is a web based accounting application a lead developer who understands accounting from double entry, journals, bank reconciliation, trial balace, balance sheet, cost accounting and taxation can do a better job remotely than someone there in person.

I can still be in charge of the project working remotely using email, whatsApp or Skype. The application files will be available via online Team Foundation Server (TFS), GIT, google drive etc.

The key thing is getting the job done.

SSRS, SSIS and SQL Server data warehouse remotely if that is ok with the OP

Please update your post where you've added C# as C# is the Father of .Net. Unless you had another reason for including C#.
