Shipping Clerk / Logistics Coordinator (Remote) Company: Activate Talent Location: Remote – Nigeria Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday–Friday (U.S. EST / PST overlap) About the Role: Activate Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk / Logistics Coordinator to support our operations and supply chain teams. In this fully remote role, you will manage the flow of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that goods are processed accurately, shipped on time, and properly documented across logistics systems. This position also provides opportunities to grow into more advanced supply chain responsibilities such as chargeback management, trade spend coordination, and logistics optimization. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments across warehouses and distribution partners. -Ensure shipments are processed accurately and dispatched on schedule. -Track shipments and resolve issues such as delivery delays or logistics discrepancies. -Maintain accurate records of shipping documentation and inventory movements. -Communicate shipment updates with internal teams and external logistics partners. Support the Director of Merchandise Planning or Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations with operational reports. -Assist with logistics documentation and shipment reconciliation. -Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes and operational efficiency. Growth Opportunities: As you gain experience in this role, you may also support: -Chargeback management processes -Trade spend tracking and reporting -Logistics optimization and process improvement initiatives Requirements: -Previous experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination. -Strong organizational and administrative skills. -Experience managing shipment documentation and logistics tracking processes. -Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, operations, and merchandising. -Proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics tracking tools. -Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: -Experience working in retail or e-commerce supply chains. -Familiarity with chargeback processes or trade spend management.
