About the role
We're looking for a customer-obsessed support specialist to be the bridge between our users and our product. You'll help customers succeed with our platform while feeding real insights back to our engineering team.

What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- Guide customers through onboarding and product usage
- Follow up with clients on their obligations and manage their overall experience
- Document user feedback and surface issues to the engineering team
- Collaborate with engineering and product to improve user experience
- Build help resources such as FAQs and how-to guides

What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer support, ideally in a tech or SaaS company
- Experience working alongside engineering teams (a strong plus)
- Genuine empathy and a desire to solve customer problems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to spot patterns in user issues and turn them into actionable feedback
- A collaborative team player who works well cross-functionally

Requirements:
-Previous experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.

-Proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics tracking tools.
