PATRICIA ETTEH DUMPS PDP FOR APC, SAYS
SHE WANTS TO BE A ‘PROGRESSIVE’
Former Speaker of House of Representatives,
Patricia Olubunmi Etteh has dumped the Peoples’
Democratic Party (PDP) for the All progressive
Congress (APC) in Osun state.
Etheh’s and her supporters from in Irewole,
Ayedaade and Isokan Federal constituency
stormed APC rally led by Governor Rauf
Aregbesola of Osun.
At the rally, Etteh told supporters that she
decided to join the APC because it is a party of
progressives, noting that, its policies and agenda
were people-oriented and people-focused.
She stated that her defection will enable her
contribute her quota to the development of the
people in the state and the country.
She commended Aregbesola for the giant stride
and change his government has brought to the
state in the last four and a half years, noting
that, the
transformation of the state under APC is glaring
for all to see.
While speaking, Aregbesola who welcomed the
former Speaker and her supporters from Ikoyi,

Gbongan enjoined voters in the local government
areas and the whole state to vote for all the
candidates of APC across board.

the APC presidential candidate, Gen.
Muhammadu Buhari comes to power by May 29
this year.
“February 14 and 28 elections are significant for
the change that Nigerians have been clamouring
for, we need not say much. Our good work has
been speaking for us, we plan do more than
what we have done in the last four years.

As Lamido explains meeting with Amaechi
The former Acting Chairman of the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP) and a Chieftain of the
All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji
Abubakar Kawu Baraje yesterday disclosed
that five more governors of the ruling party
and their structures are joining APC ahead of
2015 general elections.
Baraje did not however give details of the
governors that are crossing over to the
opposition. But some PDP governors in the
North and South South are said to be neck
deep into the APC but are waiting for the right
time to make the strategic switch to avoid
being witchunted.
Baraje who stated this while speaking with
journalists in Ilorin to mark his 64th birthday
also alleged that Peoples Democratic Party
(PDP) was behind the proposal for an interim
government if General Muhammadu Buhari
won the Presidential election.
Baraje said the ruling party has been planning
many tricks including the postponement of
the election, stressing that the APC will join
Nigerians to reject such undemocratic action
by the ruling party.
He noted that it was honesty of purpose that
keeps APC growing and accepted by the
masses in Nigeria, stressing that Nigerians are
tired of deceit, manufacture of economy
figures, unfulfilled promises by the President
Goodluck Jonathan’s administration.
The APC chieftain, who commended INEC
over the extension of collection of Permanent
Voters Card (PVCs), said the electoral body
has been insisting on the election date,
stressing that the APC members stand firmly
with the electoral body’s position.
He added that his party is strongly against the
usage of Temporary Voter Cards (TVCs)
adding that it was a gateway to election
manipulation by the unpopular party.
Baraje who urged Nigerians to vote for APC
Presidential candidate on February 14, 2015
said his party stands firm on free, air and
credible elections, stressing that anything
short of that would not be acceptable.
Also yesterday, the governor of Jigawa state,
Alh. Sule Lamido, explained why he met with
his Rivers state counterpart, Rotimi Amechi, in
Dutse, the capital of the state on Sunday.
He asserted that is was not an offence for a
Peoples Democratic Party member to relate or
associate himself with a member of the All
Progressives Congress.
Governor Lamido made the assertion
yesterday on the Hausa Service of the BBC
monitored in Jos while being interviewed by
the station on the main reason behind a
close-door meeting he had with his Rivers
state counterpart.
According to the governor, his relationship
with Amaechi began for a long time even
before he decamped to APC, noting that
Amechi was a PDP member and his
relationship with him had been there not only
as governors but also as Nigerians.
He said, “It is not an offence for a PDP
member to relate or associate with a member
of opposition party like the APC. Amechi was
a PDP member and I have been in good terms
with him. Amaechi being an APC member
does not mean that we will not relate with
each other. Recall that in the last few days
when Buhari visited Jigawa, he was well
received by me and that does not mean we
are in the same party.”
On what actually was the discussion of the
meeting, Lamido said,” he only visited me
because we have a very good relationship
with him and the entire people of south-
south.”
Asked whether it has to do with his defection
to APC, he said, “No, there was nothing of that
nature in our discussion. I am not defecting to
any opposition party. I am a PDP member
and so I remain”

Lemme tell you, the charade is to be organised by PDP men. Common sense should tell you that the debate is meant to serve a particular interes. Mike Omeri who is one of the coordinators was Jonathan's Campaign spokesman in 2011, he is also the DG National Orientation Agency. Chief Dokpesi is a card carrying member of PDP, a Jonathan ally and owns the infamous AIT. All the Agencies are government controlled and they do as it pleases the President. You don't need a prophet to tell you the outcome unless you are insincere.

Confirmed

2.8 BILLION DOLLARS 1978 OIL MONEY WAS TRACED TO GENERAL BUHARI'S MIDLAND NOW HSBC OFFSHORE BANK ACCOUNT THAT WAS WHY HE STRUCK ON DECEMBER 31 1983.
Before he became HOS in 1983 he was the General Officer Commanding the 3rd Armoured Division Jos. With armour under your command you could launch coups. Abuja where President Shagari was celebrating the New Year is flat terrain suitable for armoured warfare. But it never came to that.
Shagari's regime (1979-1983), incurred Buhari's wrath when it decided to investigate the US$2.8 billion that disappeared from the Midland Bank, London account of the Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation, (NNPC), during General Obasanjo's era as military head of state that preceded Shagari's. Dr. Olusola Saraki, Turaki of Ilorin, was the majority party leader of the Senate at the time and he headed the Senate Committee set up to trace the stolen money after some three years of clamour for such an investigation by members of the civil society. The money was traced to the Midland Bank London branch fixed account of Buhari, Obasanjo's appointee as military head of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company. The Committee's report was presented to the Senate during the tail end of Shagari's regime in 1983, so the House decided to deal with the matter soon after the 1983 general elections.
The attempt at civilian-to-civilian transition provided the fillip for mayhem at the time. The elections were marred by massive rigging because incumbent political office holders were refusing to slacken their stranglehold on Nigeria Plc., mortgaged as the leaders private property. On the 31st December, 1983, Buhari struck under the cover of the political commotion that trailed the presidential election results. Buhari generally had no agenda for leadership but vendetta against those he called critics and rabble-rousers. Buhari did not see any moral wrong in his conversion of our oil money into his personal use. Rather he railed at the press and what he described as the self-righteous sections of the country for making a big deal out of the issue. He locked up without trial, politicians and critics including Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, notorious for clamouring for the exposure of the oil money rogue. Satire saved my neck at the time. Vera Ifudu, who was an NTA reporter then, was sacked through his prodding as military ruler, for reporting what Dr. Olusola Saraki had told her in an interview about how the missing money was traced to Buhari's account at a Midland Bank London branch. Vera eventually won her case of wrongful dismissal in court against the NTA and was financially compensated.
Abacha rehabilitated Buhari with the chairmanship of the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) before he (Abacha) died in 1998. When Obasanjo returned to power in May 1999 as civilian president, he found that over 2.5 billion naira had not been properly accounted for in the PTF and that there was not much on the ground to show for the colossal expenditure the agency was claiming. On the day Obasanjo announced the scrapping of the PTF, a non-staff brother-in-law of the boss, allegedly serving as his conduit on some PTF projects, died suddenly from what appeared to be heart failure. Haruna Adamu, who was appointed by Obasanjo to investigate the PTF before finally consigning it to the dung heap, allegedly quickly pocketed one hundred million naira of PTF's money before operating table could be set up for him, thus forcing Obasanjo to hurriedly close the place down without further investigations. Buhari has been trying desperately since to return to power, perhaps to get a chance to shred the PTF documents?
BUHARI IN STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN: A picture taken 13 July 1977, in Stockholm, shows King Carl Gustaf of Sweden (R), talking to Sheikh Ahmed Zaki Yamani of Saudi Arabia (C), the strong man of the OPEC summit, and Colonel Muhammad Buhari of Nigeria —

PoliticsJonathan Ebele Azikiwe Answer The Following Questions : by Rendition(op): 9:49pm On Jan 24, 2015
* In 2008 when Obasanjo picked you to be Yaradua's running mate who were the people that first kicked against your candidacy?

The Ijaws did. Their reason was that the 2 years as governor in Bayelsa you did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Till date, your erra is still termed the worst in Bayelsa.

* Why did Obasanjo find it difficult to sell you to his allies and PDP as Yaradua's running mate?

You Jonathan had a case with EFCC has documents proved you embezzled N9,000,000,000 (NINE BILLION NAIRA) while your wife Patience laundered $4,000,000 (FOUR MILLION DOLLARS) all these within two years.

* Ebele, who was your biggest opposition in becoming Yaradua's running mate?

The answer is EDWIN CLARK. The man who today is your mouth piece and who is pretending loves you the most.

* Azikiwe, amongst other tricks, what did you do to gather public sympathy?

You Mr Deceitful sent people to blow up part of your house in Bayelsa to make it look like it was your political opponents. The SSS released a report which you guys later hid to debunk your dubious claim.

* Jonathan, when Yaradua made you to be in charge of negotiations with the Niger Delta Militants, who were those who objected and what was their reasons?

Asari, Tompolo, and Boyloaf. Their reason being that you are not sincere in the Niger Delta course but only after your pocket.

SHOULD I GO ON?

* What was your agreement with PDP regarding a 2nd term.

You promised and even swore you will go for a SINGLE TERM

*Why did you jail James Ibori and forced Aoandoka to go underground?

To revenge their utmost loyalty to the late Yaradua
.

* Did you fulfill your agreement to Tinubu and others even when they had to betray their party at that last minute in order to canvass for you.

ABSOLUTELY NO.

* How did you try to mock and tarnish Obasanjo?

You didn't only remove all his loyalist from your government, you also made sure you made his enemies your closest allies. You don't need me to start calling names right?

* Who is Jonathan's BIGGEEST Northern Ally?

Alli Modu Sherrif. The CHIEF SPONSOR OF BOKO HARAM.

AWAY FROM POLITICS.

* You promised Nigerians incentives in order to remove subsidy. Things like stable power, metro buses (in Lagos and Abuja), full road rehabilitation etc.

MR LIAR WHERE ARE THEY.

* Obasanjo's government brought GSM amongst other things, Yaradua's short time in government brought RULE OF LAW. Jonathan what has yours brought?

NOTHING EXCEPT INCREASE IN CORRUPTION.

* Never in the history of Nigeria has all institutions witnessed as much strike as yours.

*Jonathan WHERE ARE THE CHIBOK GIRLS.

* Jonathan what in Heaven's name do you need FIVE presidential jet for even with the high rate of poverty in the land.

* Ebele, the ONLY Nigerian president that tried all means to DIVIDE Nigeria along Religion and Ethnic line.

* The ONLY AFRICAN PRESIDENT THAT OPENLY CELEBRATES CRIMINALS AND EX CONVICTS. Kashamu, Alameisia (or whatever), Bode George.

* Jonathan will rather gallivant with Nollywood stars than have a session with those brains who are truly making Nigerians proud both Home and Abroad. Or better Still, compose a comforting message to the people of North East.

Nigeria as at today HAS NO GOVERNMENT.

We provide our water - borehole.
We provide our light - generator/ inverter
We provide our security - high fence/ cctv
We provide our education - private school.
We produce fuel yet pay the most in the world.
We have no motorable federal road.

A BIG SHAME NIGERIA HAS NO NATIONAL CARRIER.

HIGH Uneployment in the land.

High rate of Corruption (the CLOWN wants to curb corruption with technology).

JONATHAN YOU ARE A FAILURE!!! Even if WE give you 10 terms ( 40 YEARS). YOU WILL STILL NOT TAKE US TO THE PROMISE LAND.

FELLOW NIGERIANS : Share these on your Facebook, Twitter, Instergram, BBM, Whatsapp, And every blog and forum you know ( COPY AND PASTE ON AS MANY THREADS ON NAIRALAND AS YOU CAN. THE WHOLE NIGERIA MUST SEE AND HEAR OF JONATHAN'S LIES). Until Jonathan can answer the above questions.By chris alozie
