Job Overview:

We are hiring a responsible and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee workflow efficiency, team management, and general operational activities in a fast-paced production and logistics environment. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and able to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and team efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and stock movement to prevent waste and ensure supply consistency.
• Oversee workers and enforce discipline to maintain productivity and accountability.
• Ensure quality control measures are met for all products and processes.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for timely order fulfillment.
• Enforce workplace safety guidelines to protect team members and prevent operational risks.
• Maintain detailed records of operations, team performance, and workflow improvements.
• Resolve operational challenges and provide leadership support to management.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workers efficiently and resolve conflicts when necessary.
• Proficiency in record-keeping, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in a dynamic environment.
