Very pathetic lol. They don't even look normal. Am sure it's one of their staff who thinks we all are fools. Something tells me that the person responding doesn't have an Agriculture background that's why he or she is a puppet. Good luck anyways SonOfUbunja: Lol. What a pathetic attempt by their staff. You should be ashamed |

Movement revolution I hail thee. Scam Agropark LMAO Imela056: Everything they said about this farm all are false allegation. They bring out their advert for GTP(graduate training program), its a training program and an empowerment which at the end you will have to continue your own life journey. The company is not assuring that they will staff everybody coming for the training, theirs is to training and if they feel your impact and wish to retain you, they will. At least we still have some GT there now benefitting from what you people are condemning. Agro park is a nice place to be, you going there is to be trained forget the mentality of going there to be a staff(many are call but few are chosen) and about the treatment there you are not in your comfort zone so you don't expect them to be satisfying your wants all the time, its a training ground my people moreso as it is a training ground they even allocate some stipend for the GT. If you have endurance and determination you will gain what you want to gain and leave the farm not even thinking of being a staff member, a Yoruba adage says ' you didnt suffer and you say you are wise, who is your teacher?!.' Everything will become a joyful story to tell when other too are saying theirs when we make it in life. Agro park is a nice place to be don't let anyone discourage you. #Redefine agriculture |

No vex, lmao....I got out in 3days..... Adanna205: I was recruited alongside 9(8females and a male) other fresh and young graduates as Agricultural Journalist graduate trainees. We took up this offer because Agricultural journalism is a field in communication that has not really gotten attention and we felt gaining this experience will be a life changer for some of us.The company promised to train us and we were sent to their farm estate at Ijale Orile Abeokuta to gain firsthand experience in Agriculture so that when we write,we write with passion. On getting to the farm estate,we were turned to labourers. We started harvesting chilli pepper, basil ,sweet basil,we even planted thyme on a very long bed.The food was wack and we never ate with meat or fish till we left the farm.Young Agriculture graduates are on the farm and they r being used for hard and cheap labour and they are paid 15k all in the name of graduate trainee. In October,we were told to resume at Lagos office situated at plot 413B Celia's place,Omole Estate ,in order for us to continue our training. On getting to Lagos,we realised that the proposed training is a scam and we were actually recruited to market their frozen chicken called "Booku".We decided to stay and do what we could do simply because we were in it already and backing out wasn't easy.Along the line,we discovered agro-park is a worse place to work. The directors,hr and admin are all related and they run it more like a family business.Once you are not a family, you get insulted, pushed and used anyhow. We kept enduring and we got agro-park customers for the chicken even though it was a new chicken in town.We went from one trade fair to another marketing chicken. Those period were the worse of my life because we leave home as early as 6am and we come back around 9-10pm because of traffic on the island. In November, barely 3months into our training, On the 29th of November, Agro-park gave 5 of us certificate of participation and told us to go away for no reason. We werent queried, scolded or anything. Our Offer letter carries 6month training and we were released barely 3months for no reason.A director claimed two of us were released because they are introverts and also a girl was released because she is very young and might want to further her education and other silly and insensible reasons coming from a man of 50years.We were sent away and dismissed like a nobody. We weren't paid until after few days of our release. Agro-park had 5 different graduate trainee batches last year, the question is why do they keep doing graduate trainee and not permanent staff?.They keep using and rendering people useless. They just use you to achieve their aim at that time and once you have gotten them what they want, they let you go.This year, they have started with the graduate trainee again but in a tricky way. They keep changing their email address and they claim to be an Agric firm at ogba whereas they are at Omole Estate. I think it's high time we let the world know about this organization so that young graduates won't keep falling victim of their lies because their target are young graduates they can easily fool. The hr is a puppet who can't point out the ills of the organization as the head of human resources because he is a family member. A particular director is a man with a good name in the society but I keep wondering what he is doing with scammers and liars.Do not fall victim of their lies but they say experience is the best teacher. If you go to their farm, you will learn more about their lies, scam and evil acts. Their chicken outlet at Akiode junction shouldn't be trusted because there was a time spoilt chickens we're roasted and sold out to the public.I only pity people investing in an organization full of lies and deceit. Please avoided this company like leprosy because they will use you and make you useless. They can decide you work from 8am to 8pm,nobody can question them. Cc Rensh Yomie040 Johntitus

Sweet mouth to deceive people....God will deal with liars in Nigeria Johntitus: You forgot to add 'without sugar' to the pap. Had a month stint with them and as I saw my alawee(that's what I called it), I had to vamoose. Some of my friends are still there. Do call them often. Did you check out the lodge at Crescent? Nice place though. There was a time we used to go to the farm and come back everyday. Those days were the worst days of my life. I was always tired. I repeat, ALWAYS! It's a nice place for some people though, but not for me. My only vex nah say, the kind sweet mouth wey the Oga get, Chai, only God know Abeg. And for the record, some farm officers and support staff are just too good. The reason I stayed a month. |

Well well only the farm support staff are nice and a few others who don't behave like proud fellow or hypocrite. People pretending to be ur friend ND others behaving proud. I couldn't waste 1month of my precious time to become someone's house pet..... No fun in it Abegiiii. |

My Agro-park experience I got to the farm on a Thursday, on getting there, there was meant to be a farm tour round the farm but I and the person I came with was only been shown the model farm and we at least tried our best to check the pig, poultry and fish farm. At the catfish farm, we saw a clown who calls himself the farm manager and asking me and my colleague abt our university project a-z just imagine, who does that. My colleague answered, but I told him I hv forgotten my project because I felt he is too forward and wants to prove a point. I later answered the man Shaaaa, After that we left for the hostel. That night we were served food without animal LMAO, we didn't complain o, every morning Is pap and 2pieces of Akara just imagine. The next day, we were assigned to supervisors as if we were labourers...i got fed up because it doesn't look like GT, so stressful, working under the sun and when u are back from the farm u get varnish. Most of them look like crap, not even looking taken care of. It is well o, because I hv packed my bags and left...no time to be a slave to anyone who lies ND scam Young Minds.... Cheers |
