I need help with an issue. I completed my study in the UK last year and before the end date of my study I applied for leave to remain as spouse cos my husband is on temporary resident permit as an EEA dependent, it was refused that he needs to have hold his visa for 5 years. I returned to Nigeria and applied for visiting visa twice now and it was refused citing insufficient funds and genuiness of visiting.
