POSITION: RENTMATA SPECIALISTS

Job Description
A budding Proptech company is seeking to employ smart, digitally savvy, result-oriented and hardworking individuals to function as Product Specialists and Onboarding Agents.
Your role will include to drive growth by acquiring new users (landlords and property managers) to the RentMata platform (mobile application). You will also be responsible for onboarding new users and ensuring they have a smooth experience getting started.

RentMata Specialists

Responsibilities

Understand and effectively communicate the RentMata value proposition and service offerings and function effectively as a product expert
Identify prospects and mobilize mobile application adoption by potential Clients (landlords and property managers)
Present RentMata services and subscription plans
Onboard new users and guide them through account setup
Meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Report on sales activities and market feedback.


Requirements

Sales experience, preferably in Rental real estate or Tech
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets
Strong presentation and persuasion skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Based in Lagos or Abuja.

Job Type: Full Time (Hybrid arrangement).

RentMata Onboarding Agents (RentMata Evangelists)

Responsibilities

Execute onboarding and conversion drives under the direction of the RentMata Specialist (RMS) to onboard Landlords to the platform.
Be a RentMata champion and have a thorough knowledge of how the Mobile Application works.
Understand and effectively communicate the RentMata value proposition and service offerings.
Prepare and submit periodic reports and feedbacks to the Team Lead and/or management as may be required.
Collaborate with team members, the IT support team and other relevant teams to promptly resolve customer issues.
Effectively manage communication with existing and potential Clients, towards achieving growth objectives and maintaining strong customer retention.
Serve as the face of RentMata, able to effectively communicate the business objectives and value-offerings at all times


Requirements

Passionate about Tech solutions
Able to communicate effectively
Working knowledge of teh Nigerian Rental real estate market
Living in Lagos or Abuja


Role Type: Contract (fully Remote)
