Your idea is not feasible. Quality education is not cheap anywhere in the world. In countries where education is subsided like Germany, the government is paying heavily for it from people's taxes.

Education has never
been cheap but in a country where the top private schools charge lower than what govt pay as subsidy per student in the top public schools, it is a case of corruption and traditional mismanagement.

We have over 140 public universities in Nigeria where students don’t pay tuition fees and you guys expect lecturers to be paid salaries. Just this weekend, a post by a student complaining of N125k fees for school logistics went viral on social media.

We want the best of everything and we don’t want to pay for it. A standard private secondary school in Abuja charges nothing less than N1.5m in a year but somehow, we want to pay N20,000 per year for university education and we don’t want lecturers to sleep in offices. Okay now, make all of us dey play.

You see you have a point but in a country trying to engage millions of youthful and idle hands, playing with researchers' welfare is stupid and recklesss.

waste ought to be sorted naturally and not the popular attitude nigerian display when they hurriedly lump up variouss waste types and throw away. The LASG has finally woken up after 66 years of undependence to realize the sorting into various types of waste is best done at source and have acted on it. Imagine lumping fresh fish waste with sanitary pad and sachet water then expecting people looking to recycle pure water sachet to sort through it for you. They won't and thats what creates the popular mess we see often from waste.

All parts of waste are of value when properly sorted. The nylons, plastic, metal, biodegradable food human waste or plant waste(wood/fibre).
It is we wgo make a mess of it all and then expect recyclers to deal with feaces and human waste. Very wrong and LASG is finally doing something about educating people on the wealth wastes represents.

After 66 years of independence they are announcing it with so much glee.

If not, what they should have done in Kenya is increase the minimum wage so that minimum wage earners will not feel the weight of the new tax and there may be quiet. All what you are proferring as solutions requires money and where will the money come from?
They unlike Nigeria, do no have oil to fall back on. They took huge loans but wasted them on unproductive things that is hard to tax the general populace on. Things like small roads at inflated cost.
