it will make it quickly become hotter during the day and colder during the night. It doesn't store as much heat as cement/concrete/clay but takes in heat faster and dissipate same faster.

There is a difference between printing new notes to replace worn out notes and printing new money(electronically and physically) to have funds with which to pay salary and do projects.

When you are not blessed in Nigeria, it's not because others are not doing well here in Nigeria, for most of you, you were horribly raised with the wrong mindset and indoctrinated to hate Nigeria by some of your parents who were part of those behind the multiple problems now facing the nation so you ended up and continued your life in a circle of negative minded unpatriotic people. You curse Nigeria, the land curses you back in multiple folds and nothing you sow in the land will prosper but if you bless Nigeria, the land blesses you back in multiples.

Until you wish Nigeria well and do your best in patriotism, you will never be blessed by this land and if you carry your resentment and hatred for Nigeria overseas, the rejection by Nigeria will follow you like your shadow.

The state govs are not doing any new thing with the sudden cash they are getting after subsidy removal and naira devaluation. I blame Tinubu for trusting them to do the right thing with such level cash.

Let only old project be maintained or new one streamlined into templates. By streamline into templates, I mean only new projects like hospitals or school buildings should be commenced and it should fit a cost template such that the the FG determines the price, size and format to reduce looting.

How can Akwa Ibom and Delta States be paying N127.8bn and N110.3bn in salaries respectively? What value do those workers bring to the table to warrant earning sums that their states cannot generate? These two states are the highest on the list.

BTW, two-third of Nigerian states cannot pay salaries without federal intervention, yet politicians are talking about state police. First things first. Before state police, restructure Nigeria to allow states or regions control their resources and then pay taxes to the centre. If not, the level of corruption in today's police will be a child's play.

Theirs(Delta Akwa Ibom is perfectly understandable to me. Their land has been used for exploration and they need to absorb people massively into the civil service.
